We recently moved to Abq. and my daughter missed the Kindergarten age cut-off by 5 days and they didn’t test her so they wouldn’t let her in. She’s ready for Kindergarten so we’re going to homeschool her. Will we have problems registering her with APS or is there a cut-off for homeschooling too?

Thanks! I didn’t have any problem registering her but they’re telling me if I ever want to put her into public school we’ll have to put her into Kindergarten for a 6 week trial period so I think we’ll just continue to home school while we’re in New Mexico. I went to Thursday’s park day and the kids had fun and I met some very nice people. Congrats on your new baby btw.
